Beauty Salon Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Managing and training the whole beauticians team
• Able to provide professional facial and massage service, familiar with the working
flow
• Strong ability of servicing and communication skills
• Supervising activities and salon operations.
• Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required.
• Arranging and managing the salon employee’s work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
• Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
• Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media.
• Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.
• Tracking the payments received from clients.

Requirement
• At lease 3 years of relevant working experience in the beauty industry
• Relevant experience preferred
•Language: Able to speak Chinese and English
•Able to communicate and listen well
•Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $4000-$6500++ (Depend on experiences)
*Working hours:10am-8pm (9hours arranged by employer)
*2 rest days in a month
*Entitles AL and ML
*Performance Bonus given yearly
