Responsibilities:
-Process and verifying vendor invoices
-Perform data entry into system, propose payment and prepare payment voucher before the scheduled payment run dates.
-Process and check employee travel expense reports, miscellaneous claims and project claims
-Maintain proper filling system and documentation according company policies and procedures.
-Maintain and update balance sheet schedules for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing on time.
-Assist for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing on time.
-Manage monthly bank, AP/AR reconciliation for completeness.
-Prepare and update schedules such as prepayment, accruals or journal entry.
-Knowledge in GST for AP/AR.
-To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time..
Requirements:
-Minimum Degree in Accounting
-Minimium 2 years of accounts assistant/executive working experience
-Candidates with full set accounts knowledge an advantage
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
-Computer literate
-Bilingual
Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2750 – $3000 (depending on experience and EP assessment)
-Working hours: 8.00am-5.00pm (Mon-Fri)
-Annual Leave: 12 days
-Medical Leave 14 days
