Engineer/Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:
Engineer:
*Report to Project Manager;
*Assist project manager on site supervision, site coordination, monitor site implementation progress
*Provide site implementation support to other site operations staffs
*Site survey; preparation as-built documentation and
*Any other job assignments from Project Manager from time to time.

Senior Engineer:
*Design indoor/outdoor distributed antenna systems (DAS) using industry tools (e.g. iBwave software, AutoCAD) for mid to large projects.
*Develop excel link budgets for DAS design for cellular technology (3G/4G/iDEN).
*Interface with regional sales team and provide technical support in DAS solutions and services. Scope includes preparing solutions presentations and answering technical enquiries.
*Support regional sales team to prepare budgetary and final project designs for tenders/RFPs/RFIs within expected timeline.
*Work with regional technical staff and internal business units to explore solutions for IBS and outdoor coverage/capacity enhancements.
*Assist Manager by developing training material, design notes and white papers on related technical topics.
*Conduct technical training to regional teams and internal business units.
*Involve in new IoT solution development.
*Any other job assignments from superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:
*O’ levels, Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications/Electrical and Electronics/Engineering.
*Preferred to have some engineering knowledge in telecommunication industry.
*Fresh entry will also be considered, training provided.
*Experience in Testing, Commissioning, Integrating, Fault Analysis is an advantage.
*Good presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin need to engage with Chinese speaking customers effectively.
*Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, IB Wave & PMP knowledge will be an advantage.
*Able to work independently and under pressure.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2900-$3800 (Depend on experience)
*Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
*5days work week
*Entitles AWS and Bonus depend on company performance
*Entitles AL and ML
