Responsibilities:
• Responsible and preparation of deep fried, steam, cheong fun, baked dim sum items and filings
• Cooking of porridge and preparation of hot deserts
• Assist in all aspects of cook’s preparation work
• Assist in production of dim sum
• Clean and tidy work stations
• Prepare dim sum ingredients for the next morning

Requirements:
• Degree holder(For EP), N lvl and above (For WP)
• Preferably with relevant experience in Chinese restaurant
• Able to multi task and work independently under pressure
• Be willing to perform shift work and work on weekends and Public holidays
• Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow employees.
• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
• Possess the drive and passion to excel in the F&B industry

Remuneration:
*Salary $2200 to $4500 (Depends on experience)
*Working hour: 10 hours per day
*6 days week
*Meal provided
*After probation, entitled to annual leave and medical leave
*Salary Increment and bonuses depends on company(normally quarterly increment and have bonus)
*Entitle to OT pay when perform OT
