Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities:
-Sales
Approach customer to see if they need any assistance
Recommend most suitable product.
Try to upsell / cross-sell
Promote our house-brand
-Stock
Replenish stock
Price tagging
Write price tag
Housekeeping
-Cashier
Needs to be quick, accurate and polite to customers at the same time.
Confirm with customer their purchase items
Highlight promotion related to the purchase if any

Requirement:
-Min N-Level and above
-Have retails experience
-Willing to learn
-Able to work long hours, weekends & Public holidays

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1800 After confirmation $1900
-OT 1.5times , PH 2.0times
-Working hours : 10am-10pm
-6days work week
-Average take home salary $2500 After confirmation $2600(not included Commission)
-Sales Commission: Normal can get $300, hardworking can get $1000
-Entitles 14days AL and 14days ML
