- 至少两年计算机视觉实战经验，含学术项目、实习或专业工作。
- 精通目标检测、分割、姿态估计和动作识别。
- 熟练使用Python及PyTorch和/或TensorFlow。
- 能够解释模型选择、训练决策和评估结果。
- 熟悉Linux、Git和可复现实验。
