- 进行项目管理（范围、时间线、风险、依赖、供应商和沟通）。
- 执行系统集成测试和用户验收测试（UAT）。
- 推行敏捷、Scrum 或混合交付实践。
- 执行 DevOps 实践（Git、自动化测试、CI/CD、容器化、监控和日志）。
- 监控系统性能和适用性，提出改进建议。
- 审查新兴软件、云和 AI 技术，推荐有业务价值的方案。
任职要求
- 计算机科学、计算机工程、软件工程、信息技术或相关学科学士学位，或同等实践经验。
- 5 年软件开发、应用交付或企业系统实施相关经验。
- 经验要求：C#/.NET、Java 或 Python。
- 开发 Web 应用、API 和系统集成。
- AWS、Microsoft Azure 或 Google Cloud Platform。
- Git、CI/CD、自动化测试、Docker、微服务和 DevOps 实践。
- AI 应用开发，包括 LLM API、RAG、AI 代理、嵌入/向量搜索或代理框架。
- 完整的 SDLC 和管理/协调应用交付项目。
