- 更新和操作运营系统（BLU）
- 在相关项目中更新跟踪和追踪工具
- 向客户、其他办事处或代理准备报价
- 向批准的承运商、供应商和分包商索取并协商临时报价，以确保以最佳价格提供优质服务
- 确保所有客户请求都告知运营经理或项目经理
