知名货运代理公司招聘客户服务协调员，工作地点在裕廊东，工作时间周一至周五上午9点至下午6点。主要负责处理客户订舱、与船公司协调、安排货运及文件管理，确保货物顺利出运。要求GCE O水准或物流管理文凭，1至3年相关客户服务或空运经验。提供可变花红及优厚福利。
工作内容
- 确保客户订舱及时记录、处理并审核准确完整
- 输入出口工作编号
- 与发货人解决特殊运输要求
- 向销售同事通报订舱情况
- 向船公司或拼箱公司直接订舱（整箱和拼箱）
- 确认舱位后通过邮件或传真通知发货人
- 安排拖车及货物提取（如客户需要）
- 通知发货人船期变更或延迟
- 确保货物完好，如有损坏立即通知客户
- 核对供应商发票并结案
- 完成主管指派的其他临时任务
任职要求
- GCE O水准/物流管理文凭或同等学历
- 1至3年相关客户服务/空运经验
