    岗位职责 1、参与制订公司年度总预算和季度预算调整,汇总、审核下级部门上报的月度预算并参加公司月度预算分析与平衡会议。 2、负责公司行政方面重要会议、重大活动的组织筹备工作。 3、领导公司的后勤服务工作,创造和保持良好的工作环境。 4、定期组织做好办公职能检查,及时发现问题、解决问题,同时督促做好纠正和预防措施工作。 5、负责定期召集员工建议审议委员会成员对合理化建议进行评审。 6、接待公司重要来访客人,处理行政方面的重要函件。 职位要求: 1.行政管理或相关专业大学本科以上学历; 2.五年以上行政管理岗位工作经验,三年以上同等职位工作经验; 3.熟悉公司管理体系与制度建设,对行政规范管理等方面有丰富的实践经验; 4.稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业,具有优秀的分析问题、解决问题能力,及良好的外联、公关能力 Job responsibilities 1. Participate in the company’s annual shareholder meeting and organizational adjustments, summarize and review the monthly meetings of the reports of lower-level departments, and participate in the company’s monthly maintenance analysis and balance meetings. 2. Responsible for the organization and planning of important meetings and major events in the company’s administrative management. 3. Lead the company’s logistics services, create and maintain a good working environment. 4. Regularly discover problems and solve them in time, while supervising the implementation and preventive measures. 5. Specially convene employees to recommend review committee members for rational review. 6. Receiving important visitors from the company and handling important administrative mail. Job requirements: 1. Administrative management knowledge in management or related majors, bachelor degree or above; 2. More than five years of administrative management work experience, and more than three years of work experience; 3. Familiar with the company’s management system and system construction, and have in-depth practical experience in administrative standard management; 4. Practical, down-to-earth, diligent, dedicated, with excellent problem-solving skills, good outreach and public relations skills
