Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association

We are a social service organisation specialising in engaging children and youths at risk of academic failure, emotional and social maladjustment, and juvenile delinquency. We offer school-based social work services as well as community-based youth engagement programmes. By set-up, we are a registered society and voluntary welfare organisation with Institutions of a Public Character charity status.
