AGENCY FOR INTEGRATED CARE PTE. LTD. The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is set up by the Ministry of Health Singapore to oversee and facilitate nation-wide efforts in care integration for the elderly in Singapore. Our mission is to achieve best care outcomes for our clients by empowering them with health and social care information and facilitating their intermediate and long term care needs in the community. We also enable our stakeholders to raise the quality of care and to increase health and social care services to support Singapore's ageing population over the long term. Finally, we enhance collaboration with our partners to create a well-connect healthcare system in Singapore.
