Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
*Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
*Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
*Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
*Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
*Supervise and train Indian workers.
*Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
*Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
*To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements:
*Minimum Degree Holder
*Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Site Foreman.
*In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
*Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
-Ability to do Plastering, Tiling and Stone Works.(must)
*Ability to read drawings & plans.
*Ability to communicate and report effectively.
*Problem-solving abilities.

Remuneration:
*Monthly salary SGD3,000-3,500 depend on his experience.
*Working hours: 7am-7pm (6 days work)
*Entitled Annual Leave and Medical Leave
*AWS depend on performance
