Accounts Officer/Executive (Payable)

Responsibilities:
(Accounts Payable)
• Check invoices from vendors
• Ensure all documents & approvals are in order before posting into accounting system (Freight Master)
• Process payment in accordance with agreed terms
• Resolve any disputes on billing with either the vendors or internal Customer Service department
• Follow up with vendors for refund
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Meticulous & detailed oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive working attitude, good team player

(Accounts Receivable)
• Check invoices and sales reports from Airlines and cargo agents
• Check invoices from other vendors
• Input job data into computer system (FreightMaster)
• Resolve any disputes on billing with either the vendors or internal Customer Service department
• Follow up with vendors for refunds
• Must be meticulous with an eye to detail

Requirements:
*Must have cargo industry experience
*At least 1- 2 year accounts payable/receivables experience in SG
*At least LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
*At least 1 year experience working as Accounts Officer
*Good Working Attitude
*Must be able to speak basic English to communicate with customers
*Able to handle meet objectives with tight deadlines.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $SGD 2,000 – $SGD 3,000
*Working hours: Mon-Friday 8.30 to 6.00pm or 9.00 to 6.30pm
*5 days work week
*Rest days: 8 days per month
*Entitle to annual leave and medical leave

*Bonuses & Salary increment depends on performance
