Responsibilities:
*Reply email for sales and general enquiries, sales quotation and pricing from customers
*Monitoring of delivery, service maintenance schedules, handle company documents
*Assistance of general enquiries on products and services
*Sales quotation and pricing from customers
*Follow up from purchase order for delivery
*Issuance of invoice and delivery orders through ERP system
*Follow up from purchase order for delivery
Requirement:
*Minimum O level and above
*1-2 years of relevant experience
*Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing with complex problems
*Good team player with a positive attitude
*Proficient in English
*Proficient in Microsoft office (eg.Excel, Word, outlook)
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2100 – $2300 (Depending on Experience)
*Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) 9am – 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
*Require to work on Saturday for the first 3 months
*Entitled 10 days of Annual leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*Bonus is depending on performance
