Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
-Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
-Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
-Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
-Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
-Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
-Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
-Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
-Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
-Fresh Grads welcome to apply, training will be provided
-Candidates without degree in Civil Engineering but have at 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in a construction firm dealing with road works welcome to apply
-Sound knowledge of construction industry
-Knows how to use AUTOCAD software

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2300 – $2600 (depending on qualification and experience)
-Working hour : 9AM-6PM (Monday to Friday) 9AM-1PM (Alternate Saturday)
-Benefit: Annual leave; Medical leave; Medical benefit, Bonuses (Depends on performance)
-Increment after confirmation if performance is good
