Responsibilities:
A. Administrative duties:
i. Answer phone calls and emails and direct them to the person in charge. lil. Manage sales enquiries and processing of orders inc. preparing quotations,
invoices and packing lists.
üi. Scheduling of delivery orders iv. Check and update payment status
v. Prepare safety documents and new vendor forms for daily projects. vi. Uploading signed forms / checklists to Xero
vii. Set up a neat and efficient filing system in Xero and on your Mac computer. vili. Track project progress claim
ix. Check cash receipt records are in order.
X. Timesheet records of workers
xi. any other duties assigned by your superior
B. Accounting duties:
1. Booking keeping – (must be accurate in data entries)
i.Track accounts receivables / accounts payables / bad debts ii. Prepare payment slips for worker’s salary, overtime and bonus every month.
Generate reports from the Xero Accounting for managers’ analysis.
i. any other duties assigned by your superior
Requirement:
*Diploma in Business/Accounting related
*Able to converse in Chinese and English
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary:
5 day work week Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm -$1800
6 day work week Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm – $2200 to $2400
*Entitles AL and ML
