Job Scope:
*Schedule the director’s meetings and appointments
*Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the director
*Take and organize meeting minutes for the director
*Take accurate and comprehensive notes and minutes
*Type, format and edit reports, documents, presentations, notices, etc.
*Handle requests and queries appropriately
*Organize events as instructed by the director (E.g. Source for event vendors / caterers / gifts / etc.)
*Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging for refreshments
*Order office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
*Run errands as requested
*Provide administrative support
*Provide reception support as necessary
*Any ad hoc request as assigned by the director

Requirements:
*Min O-Level and above
*Has a driving license
*Related experiences preferred
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and has good data organization skills
*Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
*Professional discretion
*Exemplary planning and time management skills
*Computer literate and tech-savvy
*Is responsible and has a pleasant disposition
*Able to handle stress and multi-task

Remunerations:
-Salary Package: $3000 – $4000
-Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am to 5pm
Saturday: 8am to 12pm (Alt Saturday off and WFH arrangement upon confirmation)
-Annual Leave: 10 days, with an additional day for every year of service. Capped at 14 days
