Responsibilities
-To plan and schedule new and on-going projects
-To plan and deploy manpower to site
-To coordinate, organize and supervise day to day site work including safety and quality control and sub-contractors
-To procure materials require for projects and liaise with suppliers on deliver schedules
-To ensure progress of work meets project timeline
-To inspect work on site and inform Project Manager of any defects or non-compliance
-To prepare and submit progress report, work completion report
-To attend site meeting and liaise with customers on schedules, requirements and quality
-Any ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
-Min ITE or diploma in Construction related certificate or min 5 years experiences in construction
-Possess Class 3 driving license
-Bilingual in English/Mandarin
Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $2600 – $3000 | Average salary: $3000-$4000
*5.5 days’ work week (8.30am-5.30pm)
*OT at $10 per hour
*Annual leave starts from 10 day and Medical Leave; incremental 1 day per year
