Responsibilities
1)Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and accounting schedules
2)Manage spectrum of AP and AR functions
3)GST filing and reporting
4)Review, verify and process payroll data for preparation of disbursement
5)Perform mid and end month payroll closing and prepare monthly payroll Journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations, including accrual for OT and casual labor, annual leave costing reports, and casual labour department reclassifications, and other adjustments
6)Preparing of payments for Account Payables and all other matters related to the Account Department banking issues, bank reconciliation, issuances of cheques, cash and cheque deposits, filing system and preparing monthly creditor’s reports
7)Prepare debit note, credit note to inter-companies and maintain debtors and inter-companies outstanding report
8)Maintain daily cash flow transactions record. To monitor receipt of funds and proceed to settle bank loans and trust receipts
9)Monthly GST filing, loan drawdown from banks for month end payments, payroll and CPF computation
10)Assist with settlement of staff claims and petty cash
11)Maintain Fixed Asset Register
12)To monitor maturity dates of bank loans, compute monthly interest and prepare instruction letters to bank for extension of financing
13)Yearly audit schedules, XBRL filing, review tax computation, prepare IR8A forms and withholding tax matters
14)Liaise with auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary, banks and etc
15)Maintain proper filing system
16)Perform ad hoc duties as and when instructed by Manager and Director
17)Liaise with other departments in gathering the required information for purchasing
18)Ensuring purchases are promptly placed and follow up until payment is completed for both local and overseas supplies
19)Assist with sourcing for vendor
20)Handling Warehouse management and prepare monthly inventory report for Finance Department

Requirements
-Min Diploma holder and above
-Min 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in Singapore
-Must have accounting and administrative experience

Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $3000- $3500 (Depending on experience)
*Working Hours:9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
*Entitled to 15% off for staff discount
*Entitled to $350 per annum for medical coverage
*Entitled Annual and Medical Leave
