Responsibilities:
-Reply emails
-Answer customer’s queries
-Schedule appointments
-Office administrative work
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-No experience required, training will be provided
-Candidates with office related working experience an advantage
-Can communicate in both English and Mandarin (Read, Write and Speak)
-Know how to use Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Outlook)
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1800 – $2200 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 11.00AM-7.00PM (Monday to Saturday)
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
-14 days medical leave
