Responsibilities:
-Perform clerical duties – filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.
-Assist in HR matters – job postings, onboarding of new staff.
-Responsible for data entry, documentation – preparation of Quotation, Delivery Notes, etc.
-Perform other general administrative duties as required.
-Assist in office maintenance – stationery, first aid kit, office asset list, etc.
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of related working experience
-Can communicate in both English and Mandarin
-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2000 – $2200 (Depending on experience)
-Working hours: 8.30AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
-Entitled to 14 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave
