Responsibilities:
*Prepare P/list, check, PL, Co-Ordinate catalgues
*Issue of letter of credit and handle partial import documents
*Prepare items for export and handle export documents (Ad-hoc)
*Assist G.Manage in replying emails and quotation
*Liase with oversea supplier and follow up purchase
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Minimum 1 or more years of experience
*Able to perform mulit task
*Computer Knowledge is a must
*Able to write and speak English/Mandarin
*Must be active and able to communicate with people from all levels
*Positive attitude, Responsibilities and willing to learn
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $2300 (Depending on the experience)
*Working Hours: 8am – 5.45pm ( Monday – Friday)
* 7 days of Annual Leave prorated after probation next year 12 days
*Entitled AWS / Bonus
