Responsibilities:
•Answer phone calls and reply emails
•Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, book-keeping, binding and scanning
•Support day-to-day administration operation and customer service
•Prepare and monitor invoices, quotation
•Attend walk in customers when necessary
•Monitoring and ensuring building maintenance contractor follow the schedule
•Ad-hoc duties assign by employer
Requirements:
•SPM and above (If N Level must have relevant sales admin experience in Singapore)
•Sales experience preferred (need to attend walk in customer) with sales commission
•Hardworking and positive working attitude
•Presentation Skill
•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
•Preferably familiar with SAP(training will be provided)
•Able to speak, read & write basic English and Mandarin
Remuneration:
*Basic salary: $2000-$2300
*5.5 days work week
*Working hours: 9AM-6PM(MON-FRI), 9AM-1PM(SAT)(Normally saturday no working)
*Rest day: 6 days per month
*Entitles to Annual Leave, Medical Leave, medical benefits
*Aircon working environment
*Salary increment depends on individual performance
