Responsibilities:
-Responsible to perform a variety of admin and clerical tasks
-Responsible for schedule and arrange for servicing
-Perform general clerical duties including incoming mail/call, assist in photocopy, filling and scan supporting documents
-In charge to key in schedule arrangement
-Reply email or WhatsApp enquiry
-Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
-Minimum N Levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of Admin Assistant working experience
-Able to read and speak basic English
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point etc
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1700 – $2000 (depending on experience)
-Working Hours: 8.30AM – 5.30PM (Monday to Friday) 8.30AM – 12.30PM (Saturday)
-Compulsory half day overtime till from 1.30PM – 5.30PM on Saturdays (will be paid overtime)
-Aircon working environment
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
