Warehouse Assistant

Job specifications:
• Responsible for the receiving, packing, shipping, system transactions, physical split of IC units and packing, put away of residual parts, indirect materials replenishment, parts change and kitting activities within warehouse.
• Able to perform Inventory counts and participate in Stock Takes activities.
• Work closely with fellow peers to ensure on time delivery of orders.
• Ensure integrity of stock inventory and quality output by ensuring SOP is adhered to at all times.
• Work with other departments to expedite orders or enquires.
• Support in other warehouse activities assigned by Team Leader / Supervisor.
• Responsible for the packing of items picked for delivery/shipping/transfer, etc.
• Responsible for the generation of LPNs for the outer boxes.
• Responsible for the weighing and generation of packing list & LPN labels for the shipment box.
• Perform material transfer to trolleys and staging of goods for shipment release to Carriers.

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or “”O”” Level standard.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Warehouse or Distribution related experience.
• Basic oral, verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Physically fit to carry goods up to 10kgs & healthy due to the physical nature of the job.
• Basic computer knowledge & experience in using Oracle systems (basic WMS module will be added advantage).
• Comfortable to work in warehouse environment.
• Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment in the warehouse.
• Must be able to communicate in spoken and written English with stakeholders
• Positive, results-oriented attitude and a professional appearance/ proactive approach
• Must possess a superior work ethic with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Must be mature, reliable, and detail oriented individual with good communication skills and a desire for learning

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $1600-$2200
-Working hours : Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 12.30pm | Saturday:830am- 1230pm
-Entitled to AWS and insurance
-Entitled to 14 days AL and Medical Leave
