Tool Maker

Responsibilities:
*Knowledge of assemble and dismantle progressive metal stamping die set.
*Service and maintain progressive metal stamping die set.
*Implement cost effective tool design changes.
*Implement process optimization initiatives for design and machining.
*Assist to run stamping production when required
*Knowledge of operating milling, grinding and turning/lathe conventional machine.
*Travel occasionally within national and international coverage to provide technical support to
Customers

Requirement:
*Minimum High school
*Minimum 3 or more years’ experience managing a tool & die toolroom with technical
*Experience in metal stamping die-making environment an advantage.
*Team player – can work closely with designers & machinists.
*Experienced in carbide dies design, tool assembly and debugging an added advantage.
*Independent and willing to take up challenges.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1600- $2000
*Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
* Average OT per month about 40++ hours
*Average OT take home pay up to $2200++
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*AWS / Bonus depending on individual and company performance
