CNC Milling Machinist

Responsibilities
• Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines
• Operating and setup of CNC machines
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required
• Prepare and update of CNC programs
• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
• Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices

Requirements
-No min educational requirements
• At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM
• At least 5 years CNC Machining experience
– Programming and machining process and software: 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing

Remuneration
Basic Salary:$1500-$2500
Average Salary: $2000-$3500(inclusive of OT)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (830am-630pm)
If work on Saturday,considered as OT
Entitled to AL and MC
