Operation/Shipping Coordinator

Job specifications:
Handle/manage import/export LCL & FCL shipments
Make bookings (including online platform) with different Carriers and coloaders
Coordinate for the shipping arrangements with transporters/hauliers/others
Email correspondences and follow-up on shipments
Knowledge/proficiency in Magaya system will be an added advantage
Input data/create costs notes/invoice/others in Magaya system
Perform duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:
-No education required
-Preferred to have 1 year in relevant industry(On job training provided)
-Computer literate
-Able to understand basic English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
– Basic salary: $2000-$2800 (Depending on experiences)
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday ( 9am to 6pm)
-Entitled to AL and MC
