Responsibilities:
-Process enquiries for direct purchase
-Process enquiries for indirect purchase
-Process specification and drawing whenever required (secondary process)
-Follow up with vendors on quotation, ensure comply to requirement
-Arrange sample submission
-Negotiate on logistic costing
-Updating sales department on enquiries status
-Assist the Procurement Manager in the execution of day-to-day work
Requirements:
-Minimum O levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of admin related working experience
-Can communicate in both English and Mandarin
-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Outlook)
Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $1800-$2000 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 8.00AM – 5.30PM (Monday – Friday)
-Entitled to annual leave and medical leave
-Aircon working environment
