Responsibilities
-Process orders in a timely manner and work closely with internal sales
-Generate delivery orders/invoices and ensure cut-off time is met
-To do filing of all related documents in an organized manner
-Actively involved and contribute in department meeting such as writing of minutes and making presentation
-Conduct training for any new staff and render any support to them
-Filling of approved procedure for the company
-Answering of phone calls within 3 rings
-Yearly archiving of old documents
-To work closely with all department and competency in accurate data entry
-Any ad hoc duties

Requirements
-Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing daily operating process in short cycle time
-Experience as Junior Executive specialising in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent
-Highly organize, meticulous, good at record keeping

Remuneration
Basic Salary :RM 2800-RM3300
Working Hour:9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Entitled to AL and MC
