Responsibilities:
*Answer calls, handling customers enquirers
*Assign Technician during emergency
*Preparing DO, PO and invoices auto generated
*Follow up payment and PO include scheduling process
*Update daily working schedule to Technician and Directors
*Handling a customer based of 70 owners by using WhatsApp/email daily enquiries and feedback complaint.
*File documents to maintain and organized
*Oversaw Calender maintenance, appointment scheduling
Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*1 or more years of relevant experience
*Oral and written in English and Mandarin
*Microsoft office, Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
*Attention to details and Independence
* Able to take up stress especially dealing with unreasonable clients.
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $2500
*Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 12 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*Entitled AWS
