Responsibilities
*Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
*Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
*Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
*Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
*Organize and supervise shifts
*Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
*Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
*Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
*Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirement
*Min O-Level or diploma in hospitality and above
*Must have at least 3-5 years and above experiences in similar role
*Must able to understand and communicate in English (not basic speaking)
*Strong leadership
Remuneration
*Basic Salary: $3500-$4200
*Working hours: 56-58hours per week including break time
*5days work week
*Entitles AL and ML
