团队负责人 (清洁)

Responsibilities:
• Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise
• Provide training to cleaners to ensure the client expectation and company standard are met
• Project professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance be pleasant, clean and neat
• Basic inventory management
• Conducting ad hoc / throughout cleaning duties as requested by management
• Conducting covering duties on short notice for cleaner which are on AL or MC
• Assist operating team in planning and execution of cleaning program
• Attend to client feedback and to resolve situation
• Delivery items to different site (Portable items)
• Assist operation team in conducting interview and recruitment (When required)
• Any other duties required by the management

Requirements:
• All nationality welcome (Avoid skin tone that are too tan)
• Min N Level or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work OT whenever required
• Willing to learn
•Able to use smartphone
• Able to manage fast pace and flexible schedule
• Able to navigate to different cleaning site independently

Remuneration:
– Basic Salary: $2000 to $2300 + OT (Cap at $10/hour)
– 6 Day work week (Inclusive both weekday and weekend) / 7AM to 6PM
– OT will be payable after the working hours above
– OT may be at a different location
– Rest day: 8 days per month
– Entitle to annual leave, medical leave, AWS
– AWS after completion of a full year (Subject to conduct and performance by management)
– Average salary $ 2600 ++
