线切割操作员

Responsibilities:
*Responsible to set-up and operates Wire Cut machines.
*To meet the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned.
*Carry out preventive maintenance on machining job.
*Carry out work piece inspection.
*Implement improvement on machining efficiency to increase productivity and reduce cost

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
*Experience in operating Sodick and Mistubishi Wirecut machines
*Experience and knowledge in precision engineering.
*Able to read and interprets engineering/technical drawings.
*Experience in tool and die making industry will be a plus.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1500- $1700 (Depending on experience)
*Working hours: 8am -4.45pm (Monday- Friday) 8am – 12pm (Saturday)
*Average OT per month about 40++ hours
*Average OT take home pay up to $2500++
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
*AWS /Bonus (After completion of 12 months service, than entitled after the following year)
