零售助理

Responsibilities:
-Selling/promoting sale of BEARBRICK/MARVEL COLLECTION items
-Greeting customers and assisting them with any queries.
-Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
-Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
-Ensuring the store’s stock is constantly replenished.
-Keeping up to date with the features and benefits of each product.

Requirements:
-Minimum N Level and above
-Candidates with Retails Sales experience preferred
-Presentable looking
-Can communicate in both English and Mandarin
-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Remunerations:
-Basic Salary: $1500 – $2100 (Depending on experience) + Commission
-Working Hours: 44hours/week (retail shopping centre hours)
– 4 days of full day shift & 2 days of half day shift
** For example. 4 days full day from 11AM-9.30PM and 2 days half day from 4.30PM-9.30PM
-Working hours might vary slightly for different outlets as different shopping malls have different opening and closing hours
-Overtime: 1.5/2.0 times
-Shopping mall working environment
-Uniform provided
-Annual Leave: 11 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 18 days
-Entitled to performance bonus
-Entitled to Birthday month leave
-Average take home salary with commission $2200 – $2500
-Entitled to JOINING BONUS of $750! $250 to be paid out upon completion of 3rd, 6th and 9th month of work
